User Registration Agreement
Welcome to register and use CCCJIE Fireworks (CCCJIE fireworks). Before registering, logging in, or using the platform's membership services, please read and understand this agreement carefully. By checking agree or completing registration, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this agreement.
1. Account Registration and Use
You should use real and valid email, contact information, and enterprise or procurement-related information to register an account, and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely update of the submitted information. Risks arising from false, incomplete, or untimely updated information shall be borne by you.
The account is limited to use by the registered user or their authorized organization. You should properly safeguard your account, password, and verification code, and shall not transfer, lend, lease, or otherwise provide them to third parties.
2. Platform Services
CCCJIE Fireworks is a supply-demand matching platform for fireworks foreign trade, providing services such as product browsing, manufacturer directory, supply-demand information, inquiry communication, favorites, membership data maintenance, and compliance documentation display. The platform may optimize and adjust service content based on operational needs.
3. User Code of Conduct
When using the platform, you shall comply with applicable laws and regulations, industry compliance requirements, and platform rules, and shall not publish false procurement information, infringing content, illegal information, malicious advertisements, or content that interferes with normal platform operation.
When involving fireworks product procurement, transportation, import/export, display, and related compliance matters, you should independently confirm the laws, regulations, licenses, transportation conditions, and safety standards of the target country or region.
4. Information Protection
The platform will collect and use necessary information such as registration, inquiry, contact details, and browsing records in accordance with the privacy policy for account management, supply-demand matching, service notifications, and security risk control. The platform will take reasonable measures to protect your personal and business contact information.
5. Inquiry and Transaction Responsibility
Suppliers, products, supply-demand information, and materials displayed on the platform are for business matching reference. Actual transactions, contracts, payments, deliveries, inspections, customs clearance, transportation, and after-sales responsibilities shall be separately negotiated and borne by the transacting parties.
6. Agreement Changes
The platform may update this agreement due to business development, laws and regulations, or service adjustments. The updated agreement will be posted on the platform and will take effect from the date of posting or specified effective date. Your continued use of the platform services constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
